I don't put them in direct sun and leave them until they are crisp dry but still have color. I check them on the hour and make sure they are drying on top of a strainer or something that allows air circulation. You can store them whole or broken in an airtight container. :)Nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15180825921954547094noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1629633390950913129.post-71302687287098138762016-08-23T06:47:30.634-07:002016-08-23T06:47:30.634-07:00Thank you! I felt sick about taking her in to our doctor -- even though she's a more natural doctor than most I still felt like a prescription was a guarantee. Can't wait to see how she is after 2 doses today! I found this bit of info on a website that I will reference after this reply, "Three species of echinacea are commonly used for medicinal purposes: Echinacea angustifolia, Echinacea pallida, and Echinacea purpurea." I used Echinacea purpurea. I would think you could use your variety but the medicinal effects could much less effective. The purpea variety that I grow is very common and easy to grow from seed or from a friend's extra plant. Hope this helps!
Nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15180825921954547094noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1629633390950913129.post-14532617503406089042014-12-13T09:09:40.463-08:002014-12-13T09:09:40.463-08:00I have an echinacea plant that has green flowers d...I have an echinacea plant that has green flowers do you think I could use that for tea? It helps boost the immune system as well, helping the body fight fungal and bacterial ear infections better. The Natural Guide also supports the use of vitamin E for ear infections, since it is helpful in healing mucous membranes. So I use it in place of olive oil seems to work just as well if not better. Pain is eased in no time. My ENT is amazing and has encouraged me to wait out tubes however my baby literally has these infections back to back. As of last Monday he had fluid built up in both ears but no infection. Tonight he started with the fever and pulling on his ears again. Will this help him knowing he has fluid built up that may not be draining? Five or six years ago we built a second round pen panels with cattle panels in

a different field. It looked very spiffy. The first time we used it was at a clinic, where an out-of-control novice dog ran

one of the sheep into a panel. Its neck broke and it had to be put down (fortunately, one of the clinic attendees was a

vet). If that sheep had been run into wire fencing I'm sure the damage would have been minimal John Markhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11492497517229632930noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1629633390950913129.post-45604695959170368772014-05-13T12:20:42.757-07:002014-05-13T12:20:42.757-07:00HOW CAN I DO IT WITH GLYCERIN?HOW CAN I DO IT WITH GLYCERIN?Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08381606343867290511noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1629633390950913129.post-30163443358818001492014-04-17T12:25:19.512-07:002014-04-17T12:25:19.512-07:00They actually have lavender epsom salts I soak in ...They actually have lavender epsom salts I soak in after a intense workout.
